About the Founder

Siddharth is a generalist counsel with 12+ years of experience at various courts and tribunals throughout the country. A graduate from Gujarat National Law University, Siddharth has also completed his Company Secretary Course and has significant experience in drafting commercial agreements, document review, start-up consultancy and other advisory services.

Siddharth has been an external legal advisor to startups, SME’s and public limited companies. He has advised his clients on myriad issues ranging from litigation strategy, constitutional law, indirect tax, intellectual property, etc. In the past, he has been an integral part of the office of the Assistant Solicitor General of India and has also been associated with the International Cricket Council, Securities and Exchange Board of India and State Bank of India – Corporate Accounts Group during his stint at his alma mater.
